| This is to confirm our verbal report to Mr.E.Swanson, NRC Region III Inspector, at 1000 hours on March 31, 1981.At that time we reported that during an eighteen month surveillance on the Unit II2 Spray Addi-tive Tank it was discovered that the low level alarm contacts were wired backwards precluding the low level alarm from annunciating.
