Re: Turkey Point Units 3 8 4 Docket No. 50-250 and 50-251 "Proposed License Amendment Offsite Organization In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, Florida Power 8 Light Company submits herewith three signed originals and forty copies of a request to amend Appendi x A of Faci i ty Operating Li cense DPR-31 and 41.

1 This amendment is submitted to remove the description of fPL's oftsite management and technical support from Section 6.2 of the Technical Specifications. In addition, the listing of specific members of the Company Nuclear Review Board (CNRB) has been removed from the Technical Specifications. These changes are proposed to minimize information duplication and reduce the necessity for License Amendments caused by future organizational changes and individual title changes.

The proposed amendment is described below and shown on the accompanying Technical Specification pages bearing the date of this letter in the lower right hand corner.

The reference to a figure of the offsite organization has been replaced with a reference to the Florida Power 8 Light Company Topical guality Assurance Report (FPLT(}AR). The Figure 6.2-1 has been deleted and Figure 6.2-2 has been renumbered to reflect removal of the offsite organization figure.

Figure 6.2-1 The reference to the Power Resources 'Staff for the Fire Protection Administrator and Health Physics has been changed to General Office Staff.

The proposed amendment has been reviewed and approved by the Turkey Point Units 3 5,4 Plant Nuclear Safety Committee and the Florida Power 5 Light Company Nuclear Review Board.

Enclosed please find a check for $ 1,600 in accordance with 10 CFR 170.22. It has been determined that this represents a Class 'I and II.amendment.
