Docket No. 50-482: Request for Regulatory Conference Gentlemen:
On August 19, 2016, Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff issued Inspection Report 2016-008 (Reference) that documents an Apparent Violation (AV) that has preliminarily been determined to be greater than green. The letter provided Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation (WCNOC) the opportunity to attend a Regulatory Conference or submit our position to the NRC in writing. WCNOC respectfully requests a Regulatory Conference to discuss the AV. This letter contains no commitments.
