This letter is to inform you that effective December 12, 2005, Ms. Mindy S. Landau hasbeen temporarily assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Branch Chief for the Clinton Power Station, Unit 1. Ms.
Landau will assume all Clinton Power Station, Unit 1licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously held by Mr. Gene Y. Suh.
