(FPL Group), and Constellation Energy Group, Inc. (CEG, Inc.).Please be advised that FPL Group and CEG, Inc. today mutually agreed to terminate their plans to merge. Accordingly, the proposed indirect transfer of facility operating licenses for St. Lucie Units 1 and 2, Turkey Point Units 3 and 4, Seabrook Station, and Duane Arnold Energy Center in connection with the proposed FPL Group/CEG, Inc.merger that was previously approved by the NRC will no longer be necessary.
