Case 17 considered the plant configuration with one MSIV actuator removed from service. The current licensee bases (CLB), including Technical Specifications (TS), and the accident analysis assumed, 141 million BTUs/hr containment cooler duty. Case 17 assumed 155 million BTUs/hr cooler duty. The 155 million BTUs/hr duty was based. on additional margin provided by clean, unblocked heat exchanger coils. The new Case 17 concluded the resulting peak containment temperature and pressure was bonded by CLB Cases 6 and 12 (the limiting Cases).Licensee prepared a 50.59 safety evaluation to add the new MSL Break accident Analysis Case (Case 17) to the CLB.
