Response to Confirmatory Order (NRC Office of Investigations Report Nos. 1-2008-023, 1-2008-044)

Confirmatory Order dated December 1, 2009 from S. J. Collins (US NRC} to C. G. Pardee (Exelon Generation Company, LLC)
Dear Mr. Dean:
The referenced letter transmitted the Confirmatory Order, which confirmed commitments made by ExeJon Generation Company. LLC (Exelon) to the NRC involving two NRC investigations.
Exelon and NRC agreed to these commitments in an Alternate Dispute Resolution session conducted on September 3, 2009. This letter complies with Section V.S of the Confirmatory Order,which requires Exelon to notify . the NRC within 30 days of completing certain actions applicable to Exelon Nuclear (fleet actions) by September 30, 2010. The actions in Section V.B have been completed.
