[External_Sender] Aerotest License Transfer - Closing Update Date: Tuesday, May 30, 2017 8:40:20 AM Ed - Pursuant to the February 26, 2017 order, my letter dated May 19 notified the NRC that the date of closing of the indirect license transfer was currently scheduled

for May 31.

Confirming our telephone conversation earlier this morning , the closing is no longer scheduled for May 31.

We expect that the closing will occur in the near future and will inform you as early as possible when we have the closing date set.
