Dear Mr. Comley:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your electronic correspondence to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) dated December 4, 7, 15 & 18, 2017. Thank you for putt ing your request in writing so that we can ensure that there are no misunderstandings. Your four emails have b een added to ADAMS 1 as public records. In general, over the last four years, we have placed all your incoming and outgoing correspondence in ADAMS to ensure it is publicly available.
We note that your emails included a request that we develop a letter based on your emails and their attachments and that this letter be sent to Chairman on your behalf. Please note that this office will review and respond to your correspondence. We do plan to include the NRC Chairman's Office on distribution for this acknowledgment and our final response to inform them of your issues. However, it is up to her Office whether she elects to respond to you in this matter.
Due to the volume of material and issues submitted, this office will need a period of time to evaluate them. Therefore, we will respond to your issues when we are able and likely within 30 - 60 days.
