The Enclosure to this letter consists of a resubmittal of the referenced License Amendment Request which was transmitted previously as LR-N96187 dated September 20, 1996. This resubmittal is required due to two pages having been inadvertently omitted from the original submittal.
The pages omitted consisted of the mark-ups to the affected Technical Specifications pages. No additional changes are being proposed under this transmittal.
