On November 17, 2011, Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L), now doing business as Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc., was requested to provide contact information (i.e., ADAMS Accession Number ML 11319A 166) for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant (BSEP), Unit Nos. 1 and 2, and acknowledge responsibilities associated with PGN Brunswick Nuclear Plant being included on REVISS Services, Inc.'s, U.S. Export License PXB16.07 dated October 14, 2011. The Brunswick Plant is listed in the referenced export license as a U.S. licensee authorized to export in accordance with the license.CP&L has reviewed the referenced export license and understands the conditions, notes, and descriptions contained therein.
