NRC-2018-000049 On behalf of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), I am responding to your letter dated June 12, 2018, in which you appealed the agency's decision related to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request NRC-2018-000049, which was seeking the Internal communication related to FOIA 2017-0415 (NRC-2018-000049).
Specifically, you appealed the denial of information and the adequacy of the search performed.
Acting on your appeal, I have reviewed the records for this .case and have determined that, as
