Entergy Nuclear Operations Inc., (Entergy) submitted Relief Requests for the James A.FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant Fourth In-service Testing Interval on April 11, 2007 (Reference 1). Subsequently on November 27, 2007 the NRC approved the use of Relief Request PRR-01 (Reference 2). Entergy has determined that the relief provided by PRR-01 is no longer required and the required testing can be performed as described in ASME OM Code of record for the Fourth Interval Inservice Testing Program.
