: 1) Nuclear Test Reactor (NTR), NRC License R-33, Docket 50-73 Pursuant to the Technical Specifications requirements of Reference 1, this report is being provided regarding a personnel change for the NTR Facility Manager. Specifically, NTR License R-33 Technical Specification (6.6.2.b) requires a written report within 30 days to the NRC following permanent changes in the facility organization involving Level 2 or Level 3 management.
Effective December 19, 2016 Mr. Tom McConnell was appointed NTR Facility Manager replacing Mr. Dan Thomas. Mr. McConnell is a US Citizen. If you have any questions in the above matters, please contact me at 925-918-6018.
