TEFLON SEALS ON CONTAINMENT ELECTRICAL PENETRATIONS AT FORT CALHOUN STATION The Commission directed the staff in Staff Requirements Memorandum (SRM) M130108, dated January 22, 2013, to provide the Commission with the background and history associated with the use of Teflon seals on containment electrical penetrations at Fort Calhoun Station. This
information should include any generic actions the NRC has taken on this issue, including actions subsequent to the discovery of Teflon seals at Fort Calhoun. The requested information is provided in the Enclosure.
