The two-unit plant is operated by Exelon Generation Co., and is located in Morris, Ill., approximately 25 miles southwest of Joliet. The open house is scheduled for 6-7:30 p.m. at the Grundy County Administration Building, Grundy County Board Room, 1320 Union St., in Morris. Attendees will have an opportunity to hold one-on-oversight of the facility. previous year, we take a look at any our inspection plans for that specific facility, issue inspection reports, and hold public meetings near the plant in order to discuss our oversight and answer q The NRC review concluded that the Dresden facility operated safely in 2012. All performance indicators and inspection findings for the facility were green or of very low risk and would not cause the NRC to increase its oversight.
