Dear Mr.Johnson:

This submittal is in response to a telecon between you and members of RGGE's staff on July 7, 1993.Submitted herewith are the proposed pages from a previously submitted application (Reference a)to amend the Ginna Technical Specifications regarding alternative requirements for snubber visual inspection intervals, made pursuant to Generic Letter 90-09, containing several administrative changes and minor corrections.

As agreed in our telecon the following changes have been made and are considered administrative in nature.1.On proposed page 4.14-2 (line 11)the word"or" has been changed to"and", consistent with Generic Letter 90-09, Enclosure B, para.4.7.9c.2.On proposed page 4.14-2 (line 15)the word"in-operable" has been corrected to"inoperable." 3.On proposed page 4.14-2 a change bar has been added in the right hand margin, which was inadvertently left off in the Reference (a)submittal.
