The remaining funds under Project ID code J4642Task Order 8 shall be used first. Once the fundsunder J4642 Task Order 8 are exhausted, the DOELaboratory shall transition the billing effortsto this new Agreement NRC-HQ-20-14-D-0033.

Consideration and Obligations:

(a) Authorized Cost Ceiling $62,100.00 (Note: The authorized cost ceiling is thedifference from the authorized cost ceiling onproject ID code J4642, Task Order 8 minus thetotal obligations allotted for project ID codeJ4642, Task Order 8.)(b) The amount presently obligated with respectto this DOE Agreement is $20,000.00.

When and ifthe amount(s) paid and payable to the DOELaboratory hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the DOE Laboratory shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless anduntil the NRC Contracting Officer shall increasethe amount obligated with respect to this DOEAgreement.

Any work undertaken by the DOELaboratory in excess of the obligated amountspecified above is done so at the DOELaboratory's sole risk.x ] Fee Recoverable work [ ] Non -FeeRecoverable WorkThis agreement is entered into pursuant to theauthority of the Energy Reorganization Act of1974, as amended (42 U.S.C 5801 et seq.).
