Nuclear Energy Advisory Council The Nuclear Regulatory Commission will meet with the Connecticut Nuclear Energy Advisory Council (NEAC) on Tuesday, March 29, to discuss the at the Millstone nuclear power plant, located in Waterford, Conn.
