The attached memorandum relates to effects on endangered North Atlantic Right Whales, their critical habit at, Cape Cod Bay, and the Gulf of Maine from PNPS operations. It contains answers by Provincetown Center for Coastal Studies to questions asked by Jones River Watershed Association about how PNPS operations have affected and may affect species under NMFS jurisdiction, particularly the Right Whale. We request that your office consider the information in this memorandum in connection with all 11 species identified in the 2006 and 2012 BAs. | |||
