Please accept the attached memorandum on behalf of Jones River Watershed Association, Inc. and Pilgrim Watch in connection with your consultation under the Endang ered Species Act (ESA), 16 U.S.

-1544, with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) regarding the NRC Staff 2006 Biologica l Assessment (2006 BA) and 2012 supplemental Biological Assessment (2012 BA) for the relicensing of Entergys Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station (PNPS).
The attached memorandum relates to effects on endangered North Atlantic Right Whales, their critical habit at, Cape Cod Bay, and the Gulf of Maine from PNPS operations. It contains answers by Provincetown Center for Coastal Studies to questions asked by Jones River Watershed Association about how PNPS operations have affected and may affect species under NMFS jurisdiction, particularly the Right Whale. We request that your office consider the information in this memorandum in connection with all 11 species identified in the 2006 and 2012 BAs.
