We did not locate any agency records responsive to your request. Note: Agencies may treat three discrete categories of law enforcement and national security records as not subject to the FOIA ("exclusions"). See 5 U.S.C. 552(c). This is a standard notification given to all requesters; it should not be taken to mean that any excluded records do, or do not, exist.

We have withheld certain information pursuant to the FOIA exemptions described, and for the reasons stated, in Part II.

PART I.D -- COMMENTS

Item 90 of your request asks for records pertaining to Office of Inspector General (OIG) allegation A13-07209, Special Project: NRC Regulatory Oversight. The OIG's response (which was interim response 9) addressed the records originating with the OIG. In interim response 11, dated June 10, 2020, this office issued a response with respect to records in the OIG project file that originated in program offices that the OIG had referred to this office for response. At that time, we were awaiting the disclosure views of a program office regarding one additional record. We have now received that input and are issuing this response to close out the NRC's response with respect to item 90.

The record, a letter from the Alliance for Clean Environment to the NRC Chair, is enclosed. We note that pages 1-2 of this letter are already publicly available in ADAMS as ML14132A393 and pages 22-85 of this letter are already publicly available in ADAMS under ML14100A177.
