On June 16, 1986, we verbally notified your Mr. C. Hale of a deficiency involving the adequacy of nonconformance dispositions. This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFP.50.55(e).
Our latest interim report on this issue, logged TXX-6036, was submitted on October 20, 1986.
Our previous letter stated that we planned to perform a technical review of all previously closed Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) with " void", " repair", or "use-as-is" dispositions ar:d complete this review by June 30, 1987.
In order to more efficiently utilize the resources available to the project, we have found it necess.ary to reschedule the completion of this program.
