l            The total dose measured by Self Indicating Dosimeter (SID) was 550.859 man-rem. SID                        l measurements are used for tracking dose assigned to job functions. As required by T.S..                    l 6.9.A.3, at least 80% of the total whole body dose received from external sources was                      >
accounted for via Radiation Work Permits assigned to specific major work functions.
