INSPECTION FINDINGS The inspection was an exammation of the activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regutet6ons and the conditians of your license. The inspection consuted of selective esaminatinns of procedures and repre-sentative records. interviews with personnel. and observations by the inspector. T he findings as a result of this inspnton are as follows:

The followmg items of noncompliance related to records, signs, and labels were found:

A. Rooms or areas were not properly posted to indicate the presence of a RADIATION AREA.10CFR 20.203(b)or 34.42 O B. Rooms or areas were not properly posted to indicate the presence of a HIGH RADIATION AREA.
