Company, copies of any and all records and information, including but not limited to notes, letters, memoranda,

drafts, minutes,

diaries, logs,

tapes, transcripts, summaries, interview

reports, procedures, instructions, engineering

analyses, drawings,

files, photographs,

studies, interim and final reports of whatsoever nature, and any and all other records relevant to and/or generated in connection with:

Any complaints, comments, inquiries or requests pertaining to Joseph M.

Farley Nuclear Plant or Alabama Power Company made by J.

L.

Smith of Ashford, Alabama, and NRC responses

thereto, including but not limited to correspondence dated March 10, 1986 from the NRC to Mr.

Smith; all phone conversations, meetings or correspondence between Mr. Smith and Bruno Uryc, Bill Roland and/or J. B.

Lankford between August, 1985 and the present.

Any and all reports arising out of or connected with the health physics inspection of Joseph M.

Farley Nuclear Plant conducted by NRC Region II during the week of March 24, 1986; As well as any and all records relevant to and/or generated in connection with this FOIA request.
