Contained in references 1 and 2 were three sets of attachments, which included a Summary of Changes and revised pages related to Revision 19 of the FitzPatrick Security Plan, and revision 5 of the FitzPatrick Security Contingency Plan.

Following the issuance of these revisions, it was identified ti:at the Summary of Changes included with each Plan did not accurately reflect all changes contained in the revisions.

This letter is being submitted to provide three sets of corrected Summaries of Cha:Qes for inclusion into the Security Plan, James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant, Revision 19, and the Security Contingency Plan, James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant, Revision 5.
