Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. I and No. 2 i                          BV-1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 BV-2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 Comments to Draft Regulatory Guide DG-1076 Proposed Revision to Regulatory Guide 1.54 Duquesne Light Company (DLC) is responsible for the operation of Beaver Valley Power Station (BVPS) Units I and 2. DLC was involved in developing Nuclear Energy Institute's (NEI) coordinated comments on NRC's Draft Regulatory Guide, DG-1076,
        " Service Level I, II, and III Protective Coatings Applied to Nuclear Power Plants." Due to this involvement, we support the NEI comments being provided on this subject.
DLC recommends that the NRC continue to work with the industry, through NEI, in addressing this subject.
