Pursuant to the information submittect in your February 15, 1991 letter and our March 28, 1991 telerhone conversation, it is our understanding that 3M will be distributing iodine-125 seeds under controet to Medi-Physics, Inc. for the i

n distribution activities authorized under License No. 22-00057-59MD (for iodine-125 seeds only). However, the manufacture and quality assurance for the

{ iodine-125 seeds will remain with 3M. In addition, any damaged seeds are returned to the manufacturer (3M) not to the distributor (Medi-Physics, Inc.).

If this information is not correct, please contact our office upon receipt of this letter.

Please review your license carefully to assure that you understand and are in compliance with the terms and conditions contained therein. If you have l questions, please contact our of fice at (708) 790-5625.
