MODIFICATION NO.1 TO TASK ORDER NO. 8 ENTITLED "lMPROVEMENTS TO PARCS" UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-04-97-046 The purpose of this contract modif' cation is to extend the task order period of performance at no change to the contract estimated cost. Accordingly, the task order is modified as follows:

The period of performance for Task Order No. 8 is changed to run from June 1,1998 through June 30,1999 at no change to task order estimated cost. The total estimated cost for full performance of this task order remains at $59,654.00. Funds in the amount of $59,654 were obligated previously on the basic task order. The Contractor shall not incur costs for this task order which exceed this obligated amount. All other terms and conditions of this task order remain unchanged.

1 Please indicate your acceptance of this task order by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the space provided and retum two copies to the Contract Specialist. You should retain the third copy for your records.
