In accordance with 10 CFR 50 Appendix E Part V and 10 CFR 50.4(b)( )(iii), the followin EPIP changes are enclosed for the Document Control Desk holder of Copy 165 and the NRC Region IV Administrator (holder of copies 15 , 155 and 156). P ease return the transmittal sheets to confirm your receipt of these changes.
