As you requested in your letter dated November 23, 1992, I have signed both copies of the redelegation of authority to operate and maintain NRC I am returning one of the copies to you and will retain the other facilities.

Please note that Appendix 1 and Appendix II, figure C, have been revised to include two buildings omitted from the original document. Moreover, the funding icvels per building as shown in Appendix II, figure C, need to be adjusted since the 583,788 now listed for Building #7 (Building Number:

MD1424ZZ) had been allocated among the other NRC building totals in the original version of the document. I understand that Ms. Penny Einarsen of your staff has been informed of these necessary changes.
