By letter dated July 1, 1985, the NRC provided a Safety Evaluation Report (SER) on the post-accident sampling system (PASS) installed at Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station (PNPS).
That SER requested that Boston Edison submit a revised procedure for estimating reactor core damage for NRC review. To expedite NRC review, BECo provided a copy of PNPS Procedure No. 5.7.5, " Estimating Core Damage, Rev. 1",
to Mr. Paul Leech of your office.
We hereby formally submit Procedure 5.7.5, Rev. 1 as an attachment to this letter. Should you wish further information on this issue, please contact us.
