In accordance with Arkensas Nuclear One - Unit 2 Technical Specification 6.9.1.9.b, attached is the subject report, revision 1, which has been modified to correct the equipment identification for Emergency Feedwater pump isolation valve (2CV-1026-2), and to include additional information under "Cause Description". This information was mistakenly omitted from revision 0 of the LER.
