In' the above' reference, the Nebraska - Public Power- District (the District) submitted a proposed change to __ the- Cooper Nuclear - Station Technical-Specifications that would : revise Specification 5.2.B - regarding the allowed composition;of control rods.                    S_ubsequent NRC_ staff review of_this application generated a comment regarding this section of the specification, This has been resolved by revising _Section 5.2.B and including a more detailed description'of the allowed types of control rods for use at Cooper Nuclear Station. The revised page (Page No. 217) incorporating this change is_ attached for consideration. The
