The referenced letter from Baltimore Gas and Electric Company requested enforcement discretion of Calvert Cliffs Unit 1 Technical Specification 3.7.6.1, " Control Room Emergency. Ventilation System.' In discussions held with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff on August 27, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission agreed to grant enforcement discretion, assuming the information in the letter remained valid, if Unit i encountered conditions which would lead to a plant shutdown. | |||
Such conditions did not arise and the circumstances leading to the request have been eliminated without Baltimore Gas and Electric Company requesting the enforcement discretion. Therefore, we withdraw our request. | |||
