provided to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) changes to certain Technical Specifications (TSs) Bases sections for Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2. The NRC staff reviewed the TS bases changes and found the changes to be consistent with the associated TSs and Final Safety Analysis Report. The NRC staff also concluded that the TS bases changes were not potentially safety significant and did not involve technically complex issues such that a NRC safety evaluation would need to be prepared. This memorandum completes the NRC staff review of the subject TS Bases revisions.
