| Enclosed are copies of Revision 4 and Revision 5 to the Joseph M.

| Farley Nuclear Plant Security Plan. Revision 4 incorporates changes that reflect guidance given in Review Guideline No. 7, Revision 3, dated February 16, 1982. Revision 5 makes changes to the plan to delete sec-tions and text associated with the Unit 2 construction phase. Also in Revision 5 the screening measures applied to new employees has been in-corporated into Section 1.3.1.3. Enclosed with Revision 5 is a listing of all the changes made and the reason for the change. This list should be helpful in your review of these changes.
