TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY'S MOTION FOR A STATUS CONFERENCE Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.730 (2004), the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) moves for a status conference. The Commission's August 18, 2004, Memorandum and Order (CLI-04-24) reversed the Panel's decision (LBP-03-10) on a number of critical points and remanded this case to the Panel for additional proceedings to resolve the issues identified by the Commission. TVA believes that additional briefing by TVA and the NRC Staff is necessary to fully address the issues on remand and to discuss the proper resolution of those issues. Accordingly, a telephonic status conference is requested to discuss the number and length of any briefs and to set up a briefing schedule convenient to the parties and the Panel.
