At a few minutes before 1:00 p.m., counsel for each party to this proceeding (or the lay representative for any party not represented by counsel), and all necessary participants not at the same location, shall call 1-800-638-8081 and upon the prompt enter passcode 1866# to join the conference call. Because there are a limited number of telephone lines available for this conference call, and to ensure that each party and necessary participant to this proceeding is able to access a telephone line, the Board requests that any others who may wish to listen in as observers refrain from attempting to call in until a few minutes after 1:00 p.m., at which time the conference will be initiated with all parties and any observers who have connected in present.
