River Bend Station - Unit 1 Docket No. 50-458 Enclosed  is the River Bend Station (RBS) Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) for the current, third, fuel cycle. This report is submitted in accordance with Technical Specification 6.9.3.4 of Appendix A to RBS Facility Operating License NPF-47. The use of a COLR in . lieu of including cycle specific parameters in a license amendment request was approved with Amendment 42 to the RBS license in accordance with Generic Letter 88-16.
