Dear Sir:

l i Philadelphia Electric Company (PECo) hereby supplements Technical i Specifications Change Request (TSCR) No. 92-18, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, requesting a change to Appendix A of the Peach Bottom Facility Operating Licenses. The proposed Technical Specification Changes, submitted in the ,

referenced letter, are intended to make the ' Effluent Report an annual submittal  !

as allowed by recently revised 10CFR50.36(a). This supplement to TSCR 92-18 is  !

being submitted to amend the date of submitting the Effluent Report, as l requested by the NRC.  ;

PEco proposes that the first sentence in TS 6.9.2.h.(2) on page 259 be  ;

revised to read: " Routine radioactive effluent release reports covering the  ;

previous calendar year shall be submitted prior to May 1 of each year." The I; information supporting a finding of no significant hazards provided in the  ;

5 reference letter is unaffected by this supplement.

1 Attachment 1 contains the revised Technical Specification page 259. The original TSCR submitted changes to TS pages 207, 212, 216b-2 and 259; however, this revision amends only page 259. The revisions to the remaining pages as j submitted in the February 25, 1993 letter are still requested. I If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact us.
