In the Matter of Arkansas Power & Light Company ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF SERVICE OF SUPPLEMENT NO. 5 TO APPLICATION I, Wayne Nordin, the duly elected, qualified and acting County Judge of Pope County, Arkansas, and 'oy virtue of that' office, the Chief Executive Officer of Pope County, Arkansas, do hereby acknowledge that Arkansas Power & Light Company has served upon me by personal delivery to me, a copy of its Supplement No. 5 dated July 3,1968, to its Application to the United States Atomic Energy Commission for licenses to construct and operate a nuclear generating unit in Pope County, Arkansas.
