One of them, Dr. Hellman's, is to be substituted fo his draft of 26 June 1979.

As stated in Dr. Sean Kelleherr's letter and note of 3 August 1979, these amments,are to be considered provisional in nature, and should the NEP 1 and 2 application be reactivated, the State of Rhode Island will submit more extensive comments.
