During the month of January, 1979, the City of Austin filed its answers and documents requested by the Department of Justice. On February 2, 1979, the City of Austin received Initial Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents from the Public Utilities Board of the City of Brownsville, Texas. Upon agreement with Marc R. Poirier, the answers will be filed when the documents are due. Other than the above, the City of Austin has neither initiated nor received any Discovery requests.
During the month of January, 1979, the City of Austin filed its answers and documents requested by the Department of Justice.
