1) is a copy of the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant Requalification Training Program which was conducted earlier this year. This program provides the required operator training in heat transfer, fluid flow, thermodynamics, and plant transients. Days two and three of the program cover heat trcnsfer, fluid flow, and thermodynamics. Days four and five cover plant transients.

Also, TVA was requested to provide documentation of compliance with l NUREG-0694, Item I.A.3.1 (paragraph 1) on revised scope and criteria for {

license exams. Enclosure 2 is the requested documentation. '

Requirement Applicants for operator licenses will be required to grant permission to the NRC to inform their facility management regarding the results of examinations.

Response

TVA's Division Procedures Manual (DPM) No. N78A13 (June 1960 draft) states the following.

Applicants will grant permission to NRC to inform their facility management regarding the results of the RO and SRO examinations.
