This letter is in response to IE Bulletin No. 80-03 dated February 6,1980. No-thern Indiana Public Service Company (NIFSCO) has not yet purchased in-line tray type charcoal adsorber cells for Bailly Generating Station Nuclear-1.

Designs will be reviewed prior to purchasing any in-line tray type charcoal adsorber cells to ensure that the problems addressed in IE Bulletin 80-03 are eliminated from any design for it-line tray type charcoal adsorber cells to be used in the Bailly plant.
