NRC-DR-33-10-312 Modification No 02 Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this modification is to (1) exercise the first option year in accordance with FAR clause 52-217-19, entitled "Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, thereby extending the contract period of performance through December 16, 2011, (2) Make an Administrative Change to add an alternate "Project Officer Authority", and (3) provide option year funding in the amount of $108,228.50 thereby increasing the obligation amount from $77,851.90 to

$186,080.40.

Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:

Schedule of Pricing:

VeriSign SSL Server Digital Certificates "Option Period 1 12/17/2010-12/16/2011, is being exercised at this time.

Accordingly, the following clause is incorporated into the contract under SECTION A -
