14. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT/MODIFICATION (Organized by UCF section headings, including solicitation/contract subject matter where feasible.)

The purpose of this modification is to incorporate the following changes:

1) Update the copier list (see attachment 1),

2)

Add Linda Schneider as the alternate project officer. Ms.

Schneider can be reached via email at Linda.Schneider@nrc.gov or via phone 301-415-6141.

Next, this modification will also correct an error on modification 5.

The option period that was exercise should have been option period 2, not option period 3, as stated in modification 5.

The final purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of

$175,100.00 increase the NRC obgliation from $458,100.00 to $633,200.00.

Obligation Amount: $633,200.00 Ceiling Amount: $989,573.00 Period of Performance:

22 September 2008-22 October 2011 Except as specified herein, all other terms, conditions and pricing remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
