"At 1512 hours on September 9, 2011, a dead shortnose sturgeon was identified at the Salem Generating Station Circulating Water intake structure. This report to the NRC is being made due to the fact that a report to the National Marine Fisheries Service was made at 1620 hours in accordance with the site Incidental Take Statement. Additionally, a report to New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection was also made at 1630 hours. The sturgeon was deceased prior to collection."
