Dear Sir,

This letter notifies you, in accordance with our Technical Specifications of license CX -22, change in Level 2 personnel (Director, Reactor Critical Facility). Effective January 1, 2014 Dr. Peter Caracappa is appointed as Director of Walthousen Reactor Critical Facility, by the Dean, School of Engineering.

A copy of the letter of Appointment is attached herewith. Effective January Ist 2014 Dr.

Caracappa will replace Dr. Sreepada as the Director, Reactor Critical Facility.
